Sapphire X Return & Refund Policy
We offer 1 free replacement for sapphire products within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. If you failed to install our sapphire screen protector properly, you can contact our customer service email ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) for a free replacement, you’ll be required to return the undamaged protector to us, we will give you the prepaid shipping label. We will ship you a replacement after checking your return. We DON’T provide service for damaged products. You may also return the undamaged product within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, you may be required to pay for the return shipping fee. This service is only for customers in the United States.
3D Pro Return & Refund Policy
In order to be eligible for a refund, you need to mail the unused product to the address below within 7 calendar days after you get the product. You are responsible for the return shipping fees.

After we receive your item, our team will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

3D Pro WARRANTY
We offer 1-year warranty for 3D Pro only. If your screen protector is unusable due to allowable error, we will send you a replacement pack for free.
